VINTAGE MODERN DINING ROOM LIGHTING July 18, 2011 contemporary dining room design by los angeles interior designer Domicile Interior Design I’ve been searching awhile for the perfect lighting for both my dining room & eat-in kitchen and though a few things from retail stores have caught my eye, I’m determined to keep to my goal of using only (mostly–90%) vintage/secondhand items in my place. With that being said, I ran across a fixture very similar to this one a few weeks ago and didn’t get it because I couldn’t decide if it was right for my dining room (no returns on secondhand items!!). Then I happened upon this image on Houzz this weekend and it has convinced me that it’s just what I need–absolutely vintage modern & totally me. I’m crossing my fingers that it’s still available this week. So I’m looking for a decently priced vintage pagoda chandelier to go over my faux bamboo table & chairs in my eat-in kitchen (I like to call that “Chic California Vintage”). Emphasis on decently priced. Source: google.com via Julie on Pinterest Email me if you know of a good lead! You know that if you settle for less than you want you’ll end up see an amazing deal on the perfect fixture a week later. Patience is good, I have no doubt that you’ll find just the right one.
