PATTERN PLAY: GRAPHIC BLACK & WHITE July 3, 2013 I love black. Something about a highly graphic, neutral pattern scheme does it for me every time, seeing as the visual interest makes up for the lack of color. I’m not a huge neutral person (beige, taupe, cream, etc), but this I can do. I pulled these fabrics specifically thinking of a loft or penthouse space. Surrounded by eclectic artwork, interesting books, great personal photography, beautiful flowers and a generous mix of flea market/retail furniture, these patterns would sing (I especially love the greek key & polka dot prints for drapery)! Reply Shanika Pichey July 3, 2013 at 8:28 am (5 years ago) Black is my favorite color (as well as glitter). I LOVE the polka dot and zebra. I’ve been looking for fabric to use for recovering my chairs. I may have just found them! Reply JAZZMAINE FRANCIS July 5, 2013 at 11:01 am (5 years ago) That geometric zebra is FIERCE! I can appreciate the bold pattern paired with the stark contrast of black and white. I can totally see that fabric on a throw pillow or on the back of a set of dining chairs.
