It had these old stickers on it that weren't the easiest to get off. A little elbow grease and an electric sander finally did the trick!
I love the way it turned out! The thing I like best is that I was able to refinish the gold caps on the feet. They were covered with a tacky multi-colored urethane, but I got it all of the old fashioned way. I think the original, cleaned up hardware looks amazing next to the glossy black paint job.
Check the gloss and the paper. I used scrapbook paper I had on hand to line the drawer. Love the print.

Ooh girl...that is sharp! I love the black knobs and feet. It's styled perfectly with the lamp and mirror. All that's missing is a pretty vase of flowers. PERFECT!
